The programme is free to everyone selected — the courses, the marking and the certificate. What it costs you is your own mobile data, and the lessons are built to use as little of it as possible.

That depends on the course you are given and how much time you have in a week. Every module tells you what it needs before you start it, and nothing expires while you are part-way through.

Every screen says what it costs before you load it, and a lesson you download once opens afterwards with no signal at all. Messages are charged by your own network — no arrangement exists with any operator to make them free.

Yes, once a module is downloaded. Download it where there is a connection, then work through it offline. Your progress waits on the phone and is sent the next time you connect.

A certificate for the pathway, issued automatically when you complete every required part of it. It carries a code, and it stays checkable even if you later ask for your account to be deleted.

Yes, and without an account. They type the code from your certificate into the public check page and it tells them whether it is genuine, who it was issued to and when.

It is used to run your course, mark your work and report on the programme in groups. The privacy notice lists every item taken, why, how long it is kept, who can open it and where it is held — including the parts that are not finished yet.

Yes, at any time, in your settings or by replying STOP to any SMS or WhatsApp message. That stops reminders and announcements. Messages your own course depends on — a change of date, a reset you asked for — still reach you.
